AIT SaaS provides AI-powered IT operations and governance services through our cloud-based platform, including ITIL 4 and COBIT 2019 frameworks.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the service
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy available on our pricing page.

6. Limitation of Liability

AIT SaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
